Today, I was in Bryant Park, trying to write on my book. The chapter was going slowly, and I began to get depressed and demoralized. One of the guys across the path from me got up from his seat, dropped a paper on my table, and left without a word. It was a sketch of me thinking. Yesterday, I was babysitting for a boy and his sister. While the little girl and I watched TV, I overheard him playing with his action figures. He made one say, "Oh, No! You've got me now! I was on cash when a boy, maybe 6, came into my line with his mother to buy some modelling clay. He calmly explained to me that he was making a model of Weird Al Yankovic and the proceeded to sing a medley of Amish Paradise, Eat it and Jurasic Park.His mother looked relieved that all the cashiers found this adorable! - JMML!
